| XRD.US owns and operates several multipurpose powder
diffractometers, capable of collecting data from solid materials. The diffractometers are equipped with various attachments for data
acquisition in reflectance and transmission mode, grazing incidence
diffraction, high-temperature diffraction etc. We collect the routine data
using automatic sample changers. Non-routine measurements, high resolution
data, data for ab-initio and Rietveld structure refinement are collected
over long periods of time. All our equipment are computer controlled,
digitized and produces high quality datasets.
The samples requiring synchrotron radiation sources or
neutron
diffraction data are sent to our third party partners. |
