Application of Powder diffraction  for study of metals and alloys

 Ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, material science, engineering :

  • Phase identification at creation of new modern materials and technologies, as well as at developing optimal technological conditions of chemical, chemical-heat, mechanical treatment, welding, soldering, coating
  • Study of alloy constitution diagrams
  • Determination of internal stresses
  • Radiographic analysis of texture of metals and alloys
  • Study of plastic deformation of crystalline specimens
  • Phase analysis of slag aimed at further processing of wastes
  • Evaluation of material structure changes during product operation or during tests simulating operating conditions
